This Privacy Policy explains how Teqtronix International General Trading LLC ("Oskar", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Oskar B2B website and mobile apps (the "Service"), available at https://oskarb2b.com and on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Oskar B2B is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale ordering platform for trade customers. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
Account & business information — when you register or are onboarded as a trade buyer, we collect your name, business/company name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and business verification documents such as your trade licence. Order & transaction information — details of the quotes you request and the orders you place, including products, quantities, prices, invoices, and delivery information. Communications — records of messages we exchange with you by email or WhatsApp in connection with your account, quotes, and orders. Device & technical information — when you use our mobile apps, we collect a push-notification token and basic device information (device model, OS version, app version) to deliver notifications and keep the app working. Cookies & session data — strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and operate core features such as your cart and checkout.
We use your information to: create and manage your trade account and verify your business; process quotes, orders, invoices, and deliveries; send service and transactional notifications (order status, dispatch, delivery, and quote updates) by push notification, email, or WhatsApp; provide customer support; operate, secure, and improve the Service; and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.
Our mobile apps use Firebase Cloud Messaging (a service provided by Google) to deliver push notifications about your orders and quotes. A device token is generated and stored on our servers and processed by Google solely to route notifications to your device. You can turn off notifications at any time in your device settings.
We share personal information only as needed to run the Service: with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract (cloud hosting, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for push delivery, and, where applicable, payment and logistics providers), who may only use the data to provide services to us; and for legal & compliance where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, users, and the security of the Service. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We keep your account, order, and invoice records for as long as your account is active and as long as required to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
We protect your information using encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and the relevant authorities of any breach as required by law.
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to close your account. You can request account and data deletion at any time by emailing us at support@oskarb2b.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
The Service is intended for businesses and trade customers and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We are based in the United Arab Emirates. Where your information is processed by service providers outside your country, we take steps to ensure it receives an appropriate level of protection.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service where appropriate.
